Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

Important: Returns initiated after 30 days from the date of receipt may not be accepted. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and contact us promptly if you have any concerns.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, style, or piece of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and approve your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Custom Jewelry Policy

Custom-designed jewelry pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials, or if the piece does not match the approved design specifications, we will repair or remake the item at no additional cost.

Product Warranty

All jewelry pieces come with a warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations performed by third parties. Please refer to your purchase documentation for specific warranty terms.
