At Fryxarinshim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the authenticity of our materials. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
Important: Returns initiated after 30 days from the date of receipt may not be accepted. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and contact us promptly if you have any concerns.

Upon receiving your return, our team at Fryxarinshim will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. We will notify you once the inspection is complete and your return has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, style, or piece of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and approve your return.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns. Fryxarinshim is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Custom-designed jewelry pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials, or if the piece does not match the approved design specifications, we will repair or remake the item at no additional cost.
All jewelry pieces come with a warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations performed by third parties. Please refer to your purchase documentation for specific warranty terms.
